1. Returns

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery if you're not satisfied. Returned products must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories and manuals (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt
Opened or used products can only be returned if proven defective.

 

2. Return Process

We will provide clear return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Online Payments: Refunded to the original card or PayPal account
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or another agreed method
We will make sure your refund experience is smooth and seamless.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Opened grooming or personal care items
  • Used beauty devices or accessories
If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will happily replace or refund it.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
